On this occasion we visited the municipality of Villamena, made up of Cónchar and Cozvíjar. In order to discover the wine character of this territory, as well as its gastronomic wealth, we stay at the Hacienda Señorío de Nevada, where we will visit its wineries, we will enjoy its luxurious facilities and meet its Chef, Javier Lozano, with whom we will share wonderful moments in his kitchen and, of course, at his table. We tasted some simply spectacular beans with tripe, a really elegant tuna and avocado tartare and a beastly low-temperature suckling pig, all paired with the gold version of the Señorío de Nevada wine. And, ultimately, and as is our mission, we take advantage of the culture of the municipality by walking through its streets and its fields. Enjoy it!
