This old mill was one of the various oil mills that existed in the town since the Muslim period. Outside you can see a press with which it was possible to extract the oil from the squeeze paste that had previously been placed in esparto baskets. This mill was bought by the El Pinar City Council and is used as a multipurpose space. However, it reminds us of our olive-growing tradition, as well as the importance of olive cultivation today, and its relevance in for gastronomy of the area.
