The last program in this series of 10 Gastronomic Experiences with María Pimientos, which we will show you through the most famous and ambitious route of the Lecrín Valley, a circular rourte that runs through all the municipalities of the Valley, everything we have visited so far.
As we have seen throughout the 10 programs, Gastronomy is an important part of the culture of this Valley. On this occasion we will delight ourselves with the state-of-the-art cuisine of Mamut gastroespacio, with its designer appetizers, its matured meats, its super croquettes or its tuna tartare. The tradition of Las Albercas de Cónchar and its wonderful fennel stew, its "Remojón conchúo" or its migas and the also traditional Venta Natalio and its pig's hands, its cod, its choto or its knuckle... What a luxury experience!
And we discovered, a step away from Boabdil, La Lolaina, a very interesting gastrocultural association, as well as the Hallullo, an elaboration from the time of Boabdil himself that has lasted until our times.
It has been a pleasure to carry out this series of programs about the beauty of the Valley, its landscapes, its people, its aromas... and its gastronomy.
