It is part of an extensive hydraulic system. The mill was used for grinding flour. Nearby there are two other bucket mills on the same ditch, one for the production of oil and the other for flour, of which only the gullies and part of the stone in the milling room remain. On the gullies it is located the grinding room formed by two cobblestones. To the left of the grinding room there is another room with the remains of a bread oven as well as the access staircase to the first floor, divided into three successive rooms, one of them with a fireplace and an opening to the outside. On the roof there is a cantilever that served to control the water level inside the two existing cubes.

The construction techniques are diverse: on the one hand, the use of mud can be seen in the walls of the building as well as in part of the fence that surrounds it through the tabiya drawers. The start of the walls is made of masonry and cement, brick and block repairs can be seen on the perimeter wall of the courtyard. There is also masonry in the cube and on the perimeter wall. Finally, brick is used in the upper parts of the building as well as in successive subsequent repairs.

The outer roof is gabled with Arabic tiles. Inside there is a pair of row armor reinforced with braces.
