Introductory tasting course. The objective of this course is to know and distinguish the sensory qualities of the different types of wines tasted. With this complete initiation course to tasting, you will discover the secrets of wine, from its production and aging process to the knowledge of its multiple aromas, textures and flavors.
"Make your own wine" course: With this course, attendees will learn how to make their own wine from several single varietals. With the explanation of our expert oenologist about the tasting, varieties and characteristics of the wines, the groups formed will make mixtures and among all the participants the best of the wines produced will be chosen. The winning group will be presented with a gift from the winery.
At the end of the tasting, they will be given a bottle of wine that they have produced together with a certificate of attendance at the tasting.
