The Lecrin Mill
The Farm-School “El Molino de Lecrín” is an Environmental Education Center located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada Protected Natural Area. Its main objective is to offer society, with special attention to school children, the understanding and approach to the natural and rural environment, promoting tolerance and respect for people and the environment through the development of various educational programs.
LIFE ON THE FARM
Infant and Primary
Through the magic of stories, we will become small farmers, we will enjoy planting and harvesting in our organic garden. We will meet and take care of the farm animals. We will make bread, jams and jellies …. even some birthday cake.
Through the senses, we will discover and play with the smells, colors and mysteries of the forest.
We will have an unforgettable experience!
The main objective of the Farm-School ” El Molino de Lecrín” in the summer camps is to enable the understanding and approach to the natural and rural environment, in a climate of security and affection where there can be a supportive coexistence and where play and learning are combined as components of the integral development of children.
